Refund Policy:

At Kiwi Deals Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Returns: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags/parts included.

How to request a return: Visit our Contact Us page (found on our homepage) within 7 days of receiving your order, and submit your order number and reason for return. We'll follow up with instructions once your request is reviewed.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Us page, with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items: Items that show signs of use, are missing original packaging, or are reported outside the 7-day window are not eligible for return or refund.
